Hire Rates

Mondays to Friday £16.50 per hour / Date Rate £120.00 (9.00am – 5.00pm)
Saturday and Sunday £20.50 per hour / Day Rate £149.00 (9.00am – 5.00pm)
£30.00 per hour after 10pm, caretaker fee for late lock up £20.00.

A deposit of £120.00 (Refundable) and Room Hire Fee are required in full with a signed and completed application form to confirm your booking.

Minimum hire period 2 hours weekdays and 3 hours weekend.
