Hire Rates

Monday to Fridays – £14.00 per hour / Date Rate £105.00 (9.00am to 5.00pm)
Saturday and Sundays £16.50 per hour / Date Rate £117.00 (9.00am to 5.00pm)
£30.00 per hour after 10pm, caretaker fee for late lock ups £20.00.

2 hours minimum hire during the week, 3 hours at the weekend.

A deposit of £120.00 (Refundable) and Room Hire Fee are required in full with a signed and completed application form to confirm your booking.
