Hire rates:

Monday to Fridays – £15.50 per hour (Day Rate £115.00 9.00am to 5.00pm)
Saturday and Sundays – £19.00 per hour (Day Rate £144.00 9.00am to 5.00pm)
£30.00 per hour after 10pm, caretakers fee for late lock up £20.

Minimum hire period 2 hours in the week, 3 hours at the weekend.

A deposit of £120.00 (refundable) and Room Hire Fee are required in full with a signed and completed application form to confirm your booking
